🇺🇸 Trump’s Liberation of LA Continues

In partnership with

Happy Wednesday, Patriots!

President Trump just made it clear: LA is just the beginning.

“This is the first, perhaps, of many,” Trump warned from the Oval Office, after deploying 4,000 National Guard troops and 700 U.S. Marines to stop the anti-ICE riots rocking Los Angeles.

He’s now considering invoking the Insurrection Act — and says future violent protests will be met with “equal or greater force.”

“If we didn’t send in the National Guard quickly, Los Angeles would be burning to the ground.”

While Democrats scream about “sovereignty” and “provocation,” Trump is defending federal law, securing ICE operations, and refusing to let America burn.

Trump is prepared to go as far as it takes to protect America.

Hey Team! 😎

As the riots in Los Angeles continue to rage on, President Trump is taking swift and decisive action to restore order and end the chaos. While Democrat leaders either downplay the severity of the unrest or actively work to block the President’s efforts, the violence continues to devastate American communities.

Once again, the left is siding with criminals and radical activists instead of standing up for law-abiding citizens. As our cities burn, it's clear who’s defending America - and who’s tearing it apart. Now more than ever, we must rally behind strong, courageous leaders like President Trump who are committed to protecting our nation, not attacking it.

Check out all the latest developments and more below!

🌲 Trump Criticizes California’s Forest Management Failures
President Trump declared California’s forest management a “disaster” during an Oval Office press conference, blaming Governor Gavin Newsom for neglecting federal lands and exacerbating wildfire risks. Joined by Agriculture Secretary Scott Turner and Interior Secretary Doug Burgum, he showcased maps illustrating California’s severe wildfire activity, attributing it to unaddressed dead trees and underbrush. President Trump proposed federal intervention to enforce sustainable practices, including clearing 100 million acres of hazardous vegetation to curb fires. He argued that improved management would not only reduce wildfire threats but also revitalize the U.S. timber industry by creating jobs. The administration plans to collaborate with Congress to fund these initiatives, challenging California’s state policies that President Trump claims prioritize environmental restrictions over practical solutions.

🛡️ Canada Boosts NATO Defense Spending After Trump’s Pressure
Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney announced plans to increase defense spending to meet NATO’s 2% GDP target by 2029, five years ahead of schedule, in response to President Trump’s calls for allies to strengthen contributions. The decision followed a January 2025 call where President Trump urged Canada to enhance its military capabilities, citing the need for collective security amid global threats. Carney’s pledge includes a $5 billion annual budget increase to modernize Canada’s air force with 88 F-35 jets and bolster Indo-Pacific defenses. The move aligns with President Trump’s broader push for NATO reform, as he prepares for a Brussels summit to address the alliance’s funding disparities. Canada’s commitment aims to counter criticisms of its historically low defense spending, previously at 1.4% of GDP, and strengthen bilateral ties with the U.S.

⚠️ Al-Qaeda Leader Calls for Attacks on Trump
Sa’ad bin Atef al-Awlaki, leader of Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, released a video urging Muslims in America to launch terror attacks and assassinate President Trump and his top advisers, including JD Vance, Pete Hegseth, Marco Rubio, and Elon Musk, for their pro-Israel stances. The 12-minute video, posted on Telegram, celebrated Hamas’s October 7 attack and praised a recent U.S. synagogue shooting, while al-Awlaki claimed U.S. support for Israel fuels global jihad. He instructed followers to use knives, guns, or vehicles to target Trump’s team, exploiting U.S. gun laws to acquire weapons. The FBI, aware of the threat, is investigating, with Attorney General Pam Bondi affirming that any attempts on U.S. officials will face severe consequences. This call to violence follows a U.S. drone strike in Yemen that killed an al-Qaeda affiliate leader, highlighting ongoing counterterrorism efforts.

💰 Trump’s Tariffs Upheld by Appeals Court
A federal appeals court paused a lower court’s ruling that had blocked President Trump’s tariffs, allowing them to remain in effect pending an expedited review. The tariffs, imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, include 50% duties on steel and aluminum to protect U.S. industries from foreign competition. The lower court had argued President Trump exceeded his authority, but the appeals court’s decision ensures the tariffs continue, impacting $50 billion in annual trade. The case, challenged by importers facing higher costs, is set for a full hearing on July 31 to determine if the tariffs align with legal limits. The ruling strengthens President Trump’s trade agenda, which he claims has already generated $60 billion in revenue and bolstered domestic manufacturing.

Riots enter their 5th day in Los Angeles as military presence is increased at the orders of President Trump.

🔔 Trump’s Liberation of Los Angeles Continues 🔔

A new wave of unrest has rocked Los Angeles over the past week, with widespread anti-ICE protests escalating into full-blown riots, prompting an aggressive federal response and reigniting national political tensions. What began as demonstrations opposing immigration enforcement policies quickly spiraled into violent clashes, vandalism, and public disruption across major sections of the city. Protesters shut down streets, waved foreign flags, most notably the Mexican flag, and even defaced murals of cultural icons like Kobe Bryant for the second time in recent months.

In response, President Trump ordered the deployment of Marines and the National Guard to restore order, citing lessons learned from the 2020 riots. During a speech at Fort Bragg on Tuesday, Trump declared the violence unacceptable, stating that “heroes didn’t shed blood on foreign soil for third-world lawlessness at home.” Federal forces were quickly mobilized and inserted into downtown Los Angeles, marking one of the largest military-style crackdowns on domestic unrest in recent memory.

Filming across Hollywood and downtown Los Angeles has been halted due to the ongoing chaos, delivering a blow to the city’s entertainment economy. Several streets were blocked by burning debris and vandalized storefronts. Protesters targeted ICE facilities, clashing with officers, and in some cases, attempting to breach federal buildings. The situation grew so volatile that even other cities, like Chicago, began experiencing spillover protests.

California Governor Gavin Newsom came under intense scrutiny for his handling of the crisis. While he attempted to portray President Trump as heavy-handed, Trump released phone records showing he had contacted Newsom directly, contradicting the governor’s public claims of being left out of the loop. Newsom later tried to challenge the federal deployment in court, but a judge swiftly rejected his lawsuit seeking to force Trump to withdraw the National Guard.

President Trump has remained publicly defiant and unapologetic about the federal response, promising consequences for what he described as “animals” burning American flags and promoting foreign ones. During one of his press appearances, he condemned the glorification of other nations on U.S. soil while American institutions and symbols were under attack. Trump also mocked political opponents like Hillary Clinton and Nancy Pelosi, who either downplayed the violence or framed it as an expression of “exuberance.”

Pelosi’s comments were met with widespread backlash, especially as footage circulated of masked rioters torching flags and assaulting law enforcement. Clinton, on the other hand, faced criticism not just for her vague response but also for disabling comments on her public statements - something conservatives and moderates alike interpreted as cowardice.

Meanwhile, public opinion has largely sided with the federal intervention. A recent poll showed a majority of Americans support Trump’s decision to deploy the National Guard to restore order in Los Angeles. The findings suggest that, despite the intense media scrutiny and partisan backlash, most voters are alarmed by the unrest and back the return to law and order.

The riots have also exposed sharp cultural divides. Media coverage revealed that the Mexican flag has become an unofficial symbol of the protests - an image that has sparked intense debate about immigration, assimilation, and national identity. Critics argue that it’s emblematic of deeper discontent with American institutions, while others see it as an insult to the country providing them the right to protest.

With federal troops now entrenched in Los Angeles and arrests mounting by the day, the riots appear to be entering a new phase. While some city blocks have seen relative calm return, other neighborhoods remain on edge. The full consequences - legal, political, and cultural - are still unfolding.

For now, one thing is clear: these riots are proof that the cultural and political divide in America is at a tipping point. The media’s role in fanning the flames of extreme ideologies and anti-American rhetoric cannot be understated. Our major institutions - especially academia - have created a powder keg of resentment and radicalism that is now exploding on the streets of Los Angeles. We need strong, decisive leadership more than ever to end the violence, restore order, and hold those behind the divisive messaging fully accountable.

🍟 Quick Bite News 🍟

🏳️ The Women’s March Foundation called for Americans to fly U.S. flags upside down to protest President Trump’s deployment of 2,000 National Guard troops and 700 Marines to Los Angeles to quell anti-ICE riots. The group labeled the federal response to the violent protests, which involved freeway blockades and attacks on federal agents, as an “abuse of power” and a threat to democratic values. The call to action, announced on Tuesday, aligns with broader demonstrations planned for “No Kings Day” to oppose President Trump’s immigration enforcement policies.

🤝 U.S. and Chinese negotiators, led by Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick and Vice Premier He Lifeng, concluded trade talks in London just before midnight, establishing a framework to implement agreements from a prior Trump-Xi call and the Geneva consensus. The deal addresses China’s rare earth mineral exports, U.S. tariff reductions, and technology transfers, aiming to stabilize bilateral trade amid ongoing tensions over Taiwan and supply chains. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent’s early departure left Lutnick to finalize the talks, setting the stage for President Trump’s planned China visit and Xi Jinping’s U.S. trip.

🩺 The New York State Senate passed the Medical Aid in Dying Act, allowing terminally ill patients with six months or less to live to request life-ending medication, sending it to Governor Kathy Hochul’s desk for review. The bill, approved by the Assembly in May, requires patients to be mentally competent and make two verbal and one written request, with a 15-day waiting period between requests. Governor Hochul, who has not committed to signing the legislation, will evaluate it amid debates over its safeguards and ethical implications.

⚖️ The Department of Justice under President Trump plans to file a motion to dismiss the civil case of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, who was deported to El Salvador despite a Supreme Court order to facilitate his return to the U.S. The DOJ’s filing, announced on Tuesday, argues compliance with the court’s mandate after Abrego Garcia’s return, though Judge Paula Xinis accused the administration of acting in “bad faith” during discovery. Attorneys for Abrego Garcia intend to seek sanctions, alleging the government’s handling of the case, including his brief detention upon return, violated court orders.

🪖 Senate Democrats introduced the Service Members’ Equality Act to block the Department of Defense’s ban on transgender service members, requiring the Pentagon to allow individuals to serve based on their gender identity rather than biological sex. The bill, led by Senator Tammy Baldwin, responds to a policy forcing out 13,500 transgender troops unless they serve according to their birth sex, with supporters arguing it ensures equal treatment. Critics, including Republican lawmakers, contend the legislation undermines military readiness by prioritizing identity over operational needs, setting the stage for a contentious Senate debate.

God bless,
