🇺🇸 Trump Delivers Address at Fort Bragg
Hey Patriots!
Standing before the world in Munich, Secretary of State Marco Rubio delivered a crystal-clear message from President Trump: America will not manage Europe’s decline.
“We in America have no interest in being polite and orderly caretakers of the West’s managed decline,” Rubio declared — drawing a bright red line for allies who expect endless U.S. guarantees without real reform.
The message was simple. Secure your borders. Rebuild your industry. Pay for your own defense. Embrace national sovereignty over global bureaucracy.
Trump’s team isn’t walking away from Europe. They’re demanding a stronger, self-reliant alliance built on strength — not guilt or dependency.
The era of blank checks and managed decline is over. America First now defines the West’s future.
Kick off the week with all of today’s top Trump headlines below!

President Trump took the stage at Fort Bragg, one of the world's largest military installations, to celebrate the special forces operators who pulled off the dramatic raid that captured Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro. Trump used the moment to tout America's military strength and the successful execution of what he called a "spectacular" operation, while also signaling that the U.S. isn't backing down from rising tensions around the globe. He promised to continue supporting American troops and their families, and made it clear that peace through strength is the name of the game.
The president also revealed he's deploying a second aircraft carrier group to the Middle East as tensions with Iran continue to simmer. "America's respected again," Trump told the crowd. "And, perhaps most importantly, we are feared by the enemies all over the globe." He paused, then added: "I don't like to say fear. But, sometimes, you have to have fear because that's the only thing that really will get the situation taken care of."

⚖️ Trump Fires Court-Appointed Prosecutor
Trump terminated Donald Kinsella hours after federal judges in New York's Northern District voted to install him as U.S. attorney, filling the vacancy left by Trump appointee John Sarcone whose temporary term had expired. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche declared on social media that judges "don't pick" U.S. attorneys, escalating a constitutional dispute over who controls federal prosecutors. Constitutional law professor John Yoo said the president has removal authority over all executive branch officers despite federal law allowing judges to fill prosecutor vacancies when the Senate hasn't confirmed nominees. Trump has struggled to secure Senate confirmations in blue states where the tradition requires home state senators to approve his nominees, with Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer blocking all New York picks. Federal judges have uniformly ruled that Trump cannot repeatedly reappoint the same person to consecutive temporary terms.
⚛️ Trump Admin Airlifts Nuclear Reactor to Utah
The Department of War transported a next-generation nuclear reactor aboard a C-17 aircraft from March Air Reserve Base in California to Hill Air Force Base in Utah on Sunday. The reactor will be transported to the Utah San Rafael Energy Lab in Orangeville for testing and evaluation to assess how advanced nuclear systems could support military installations and remote defense operations. Trump signed executive orders expanding domestic nuclear energy development, with Interior Secretary Doug Burgum saying America "stagnated" and was "choked with overregulation" on nuclear power. War Secretary Pete Hegseth said the U.S. would "have the lights on and AI operating when others are not because of our nuclear capabilities." The White House stated nuclear energy "is necessary to power the next generation technologies that secure our global industrial, digital, and economic dominance."
🏳️🌈 Trump Admin Removes Pride Flag from Monument
The Trump administration removed a Pride flag from the Stonewall National Monument, citing decades-old federal code that permits only the American flag, Department of Interior flag, or POW flags at national monuments. NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani posted he was "outraged" and declared the city has a duty to honor the legacy of the site where a clash between police and gay bar patrons sparked the modern gay rights movement in the 1960s. Park officials had to purchase an American flag because one was not previously displayed at the monument to comply with U.S. Code. On Thursday, hundreds of protesters watched as local officials re-raised the Pride flag at the monument, prompting the Department of Interior to accuse city leaders of being "more focused on theatrics than solutions" while residents went without power and people were found dead on streets. A source said the issue stems from broader concerns about politicization of national monuments by "Resistance Rangers," employees working against the administration from inside the National Park Service.
🕊️ Trump Announces $5 Billion Gaza Aid
Trump announced that Board of Peace members have pledged more than $5 billion toward Gaza humanitarian and reconstruction efforts ahead of a Feb. 19 meeting in Washington. Member states have committed thousands of personnel to the International Stabilization Force and local police to maintain security and peace for Gazans. Hamas must uphold its commitment to full and immediate demilitarization under the agreement. Israel formally joined the Board of Peace last week ahead of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's meeting with Trump at the White House. Leaders from 17 countries participated in the initial Gaza Board of Peace charter signing ceremony in Davos, Switzerland in late January.

🔔 Trump Delivers Address at Fort Bragg🔔
President Donald Trump visited Fort Bragg in North Carolina to honor U.S. special forces and their families for their roles in the military operation that resulted in the capture of Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores. First lady Melania Trump joined the president and spent time with military families during the base visit, which took place at one of the largest home stations for U.S. Army special operations forces. Trump's social media posts ahead of the visit called relations between the United States and Venezuela's interim leadership "extraordinary," including cooperation on oil revenue and transition planning. After Maduro's capture, his vice president, Delcy Rodriguez, took over as Venezuela's leader. Rodríguez has publicly maintained that both Maduro and Cilia Flores are innocent, rejecting assertions of wrongdoing that led to their capture. The U.S. and the interim Rodríguez government signed a massive energy pact, and the U.S. has already begun marketing Venezuelan crude oil, with proceeds flowing into U.S.-controlled accounts to be disbursed at the discretion of the U.S. government.
Nearly 200 U.S. troops were involved in the Maduro operation, known as Operation Absolute Resolve. Seven service members were injured during the raid. Venezuela's defense ministry said 83 people were killed in the mission on its own side, including Venezuelan security forces and 32 Cuban security personnel. Fort Bragg is also home to units that could be deployed if diplomatic efforts in the Middle East falter, including Trump's push for Iran to reach an agreement or face what he has warned could be a "very traumatic" outcome. The visit comes just as the U.S. deployed a second aircraft carrier, the USS Ford, to the region while talks continue. The Pentagon has not revealed which military units were involved in the operation.
Trump has repeatedly hailed the Maduro capture as a "spectacular" operation that showed the U.S.'s capability to assert dominance in its own backyard. He called the special operators involved a "group of unbelievable talented patriotic people that love our country." The president added that "you couldn't hold them back." Trump has also hinted at a secret weapon he calls the "discombobulator" used in the operation to disable Venezuelan communications and equipment and disorient personnel. Trump told NBC News he wasn't allowed to talk about it in detail, but explained what it does: "None of their equipment works, that's what it does." Trump said during the operation, "everything was discombobulated." The visit gave Trump an opportunity to celebrate military success while tensions remain high in multiple global hotspots. The deployment of the USS Ford to the Middle East signals the administration's readiness to respond to threats from Iran if diplomatic channels fail. Trump has made clear that America's military strength will be the foundation of his foreign policy approach.

🛢️ U.S. military forces boarded the Veronica III, a Panamanian-flagged tanker under U.S. sanctions related to Iran, after tracking the vessel from the Caribbean to the Indian Ocean. The Pentagon said the vessel tried to defy President Trump's quarantine of sanctioned tankers, which was ordered in December to target illicit oil connected to Venezuela. The U.S. military also boarded the Aquila II last week, with the ship being held while its fate was decided by the United States.
✝️ The Trump administration removed Carrie Prejean Boller, a former Miss California winner, from the White House Religious Liberty Commission after she wore a Palestinian flag pin to a hearing on antisemitism. Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, chair of the commission, accused Prejean Boller of working to "hijack" the hearing to promote her "own personal and political agenda." Catholic League President Bill Donohue called for her ouster after she stated that "Catholics don't embrace Zionism," arguing that her claim was "presumptuous and arrogant" and that she represented no one but herself.
🎤 President Trump posted on Truth Social that hosting Bill Maher at the White House was a "total waste of time," calling the HBO host a "jerk" and a "highly overrated LIGHTWEIGHT." Trump said Maher was "extremely nervous" during their April dinner, asking for a vodka tonic within seconds of entering the Oval Office and telling Trump he was "actually scared." The president claimed Maher asked to return to the White House and be invited to the Christmas party but ended up not attending, saying the host "continues to suffer from a severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome."
